DataPorium uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage needed to operate the service, keep accounts secure, remember user preferences, and support payments.
1. Strictly Necessary Storage
- Firebase Authentication uses session cookies, IndexedDB, and local storage entries to keep you signed in and protect your account.
- Security tokens support CSRF protection, request signing, bot detection, and abuse prevention.
- Stripe Checkout may set cookies during payment so Stripe can securely process the transaction.
- Preferences such as theme, layout choices, legal-update acknowledgments, and recent AI chat history may be stored locally in your browser.
2. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services are cookie-less and help us understand aggregate site usage and performance without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
3. No Tracking Cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, session replay tools, or other non-essential tracking cookies. If we add any of those tools later, we will update this notice and add consent controls where required by law.
4. Your Controls
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Some parts of DataPorium may stop working if strictly necessary storage is disabled.
