The product
This recall involves a three-piece cork block stacking toy. Each of the square cork blocks are a different size: 2 7/8 inches by 2 7/8 inches, 2 3/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches and 2 inches by 2 inches. All of the blocks are 1 ½ inches tall. The blocks have black dots on the top. The packaging is labeled "6mo+" for use by children six months and older.
What can happen
Small pieces of cork can break off the blocks, posing a choking hazard to young children.
The fix
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cork block toys and dispose of them. The firm is no longer in business.
