B&W CUSTOM TRUCK BEDS, INC. TEXA4200, MANUFACTURED BETWEEN JUNE 1, 2008 AND JANUARY 28, 2010, SOLD AS AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT FOR GOOSENECK TRAILERS. THE WELD BETWEEN THE TOP TWO TUBE MEMBERS OF THE COUPLER MAY FRACTURE, WHICH MAY CAUSE THE COUPLER TO FAIL.
