IF THE FAILURE OCCURS, THE FRONT DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED,ENTRAPPING THE PASSENGERS IN THE BUS AND IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, PASSENGERSCOULD NOT USE THE FRONT DOOR TO EXIT THE BUS.
