VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: 3-WHEEL ON-ROAD VEHICLES. A FUEL REGULATOR LOCATED ON THE FUEL LINE THAT COULD LEAK FUEL IF A DIAPHRAGM FAILURE OCCURS.
