What is wrong
Dejana Truck & Equipment Co, Inc. (Dejana) is recalling certain model year 2013-2016 Dominator-Propane, Dominator I, Dominator II, Dominator III, and Dominator IV vehicles manufactured April 23, 2013, to January 22, 2016, equipped with IMT cranes, models 6000, 7500, 8600, 9500, 10000, 12000, or 14000. The affected cranes have a valve bank cover that may crack and fall from the crane while the crane is being transported.
What can happen
If the valve bank cover detaches from the crane it could be a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

A recall means the maker found a safety problem and offers a free fix; it does not mean every unit has the problem. Units affected are as reported by the company. Popular models sell more and so have more recalls and complaints. Official public data; texts are shortened. A dealer can tell whether a single vehicle still needs the repair.
