What is wrong
Innovative Specialties LLC (Innovative Specialties) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Nitro and Edge trailers. The rubber installed between the axle and trailer frame may deteriorate.
What can happen
Deteriorated rubber may allow the axle to shift, causing a misalignment and increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix
Recall repairs are free of charge.
Dealers will remove the rubber and bolt the axle directly to the frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 13, 2022. Owners may contact Innovative Specialties customer service at 1-207-487-2300 or innovativespecialties@gmail.com.

A recall means the maker found a safety problem and offers a free fix; it does not mean every unit has the problem. Units affected are as reported by the company. Popular models sell more and so have more recalls and complaints. Official public data; texts are shortened. A dealer can tell whether a single vehicle still needs the repair.
