THE MECHANISM WHICH LOCKS THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT PLATFORM OUTER BARRIER IN THE "UP" POSITION DURING PLATFORM LIFT AND LOWER MODES MAY MALFUNCTION. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE OUTER BARRIER COLLAPSING.
