(John Evans) is recalling certain 2016 Cheetah tandem axle flatbed trailers manufactured July 29, 2015, to August 6, 2015, equipped with certain Haldex Life Seal Type 30/30 Long Stroke Air Brake Actuators. The affected vehicles may experience brake drag due to an improperly seated diaphragm in the brake chamber.
