THE BOLTS USED TO SECURE LATERAL SUPPORTS TO A TYPE I CHASSIS RAIL HAVE PARTIALLY, OR COMPLETELY, PULLED THROUGH THE MOUNTING SLOT. THIS RESULTS IN THE LATERAL SUPPORT BEING LESS THAN SECURELY FASTENED TO THE CHASSIS.

THE AMBULANCE BODY IS NOT ADEQUATELY SECURED TO THE CHASSIS.
