ONCOMING TRAFFIC MAY EXPERIENCE A HIGHER THAN NORMAL AMOUNT OF GLARE WHICH COULD AFFECT THE DRIVER'S VISION, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.
