THE DECORATIVE CAP FLANGE CAN PROTRUDE INTO THE SEATING AREA OF THE WHEEL. AN INTERFERENCE CONDITION OF THIS TYPE CAN POTENTIALLY LEAD TO WHEEL DISENGAGEMENT.
