Company revenue breakdowns
Company business segments API
How much revenue each company makes by business segment, product or service, region and country, per fiscal quarter and year, from its 10-Q and 10-K filings. Available through our REST API and as a tool for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants through our MCP server.
What the data covers
- Revenue by business segment, product or service, region, country and other views such as end markets, sales channels and customer types, for US-listed companies that report them in their SEC filings.
- Each row: the item and its parent (for drill-down), fiscal year and quarter, period start and end, revenue, the company's total revenue and the item's share of it, currency, and the filing (form, date, accession number).
- Fourth quarters that companies report only as a full year are calculated as the full year minus the first three quarters, and marked as calculated.
- Which views each company reports and how much quarterly history each has.
How often it updates
- New 10-K and 10-Q filings are added Tuesday to Saturday (the filings of the day before).
- A full refresh from the newest official data set every month.
The same data is on the website: the company segments pages, for example Microsoft.
