1. Providers We May Use
Depending on the feature and model selected, prompts and related context may be sent to providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, xAI, or other model providers configured in the platform.
2. What Is Sent
When you use an AI feature, your prompt and the data needed to answer it may be transmitted to the selected AI provider. You should not include sensitive personal data, confidential business information, regulated health information, financial account credentials, or secrets in prompts.
3. Accuracy and Human Review
AI systems can make mistakes, omit information, produce biased results, or generate fabricated details. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying AI-generated output before relying on it.
4. Training and Retention
DataPorium uses provider API offerings designed for business use. Where available, we configure providers so API prompts and outputs are not used to train general-purpose models by default. Provider-specific retention and processing terms may still apply.
