THE VEHICLE PLACARD DOES NOT GIVE THE CORRECT VEHICLE CAPACITY WEIGHT (VCW) NOR IS IT PERMANENTLY AFFIXED WHICH FAILS TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 110, TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS.
