THE L.P. GAS SHUTOFF VALVES ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION OF THE REFRIGERATOR. THIS COULD CAUSE GAS LEAKAGE INTO THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT.
