THE EMERGENCY RELEASE VALVE MOVES OUT OF POSITION CAUSING IT TO BECOME INOPERATIVE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THE ENTRANCE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED BY ACTIVATING THE EMERGENCY RELEASE HANDLE.
