FOREIGN MATERIAL MAY COLLECT UNDER THE BALANCE BEAM OF THE TREADLE VALVE. IF DEBRIS IS ALLOWED TO COLLECT AND REMAIN UNDER THE BALANCE BEAM, COMPLETE ACTUATION OF THE TREADLE VALVE MAY BE IMPAIRED. THIS COULD LEAD TO BRAKE FAILURE.
