ON CERTAIN TRAILER MOUNTED AERIAL WORK PLATFORM BOOMS, THE TURNTABLE BEARING BOLTS MAY NOT BE TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATIONS. BOLTS THAT ARE UNDER-TORQUED CAN COME LOOSE OVER TIME.
What can happen
THIS COULD CAUSE THE TURNTABLE LIFT STRUCTURE TO SEPARATE FROM THE CHASSIS RESULTING IN THE PLATFORM FALLING INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY OR A CRASH.
The fix
Recall repairs are free of charge.
