GIRARDIN IS RECALLING 146 MY 2006-2008 MB IV SCHOOL AND COMMERCIAL BUSES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN JANUARY 2006 AND AUGUST 28, 2008. THESE BUSES ARE EQUIPPED WITH EVAPORATORS. THE EVAPORATOR'S SUPPORT MAY BREAK OFF DUE TO THE VIBRATION OF THE VEHICLE.

IF THIS SITUATION OCCURS AND IS NOT REPAIRED, THE REAR EVAPORATOR SUPPORT COULD BREAK ALLOWING THE EVAPORATOR TO SEPARATE FROM THE CEILING, POSSIBLY STRIKING A PASSENGER CAUSING PERSONAL INJURY.
