VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTOR HOMES BUILT ON SPARTAN CHASSIS. WELDS HAVE CRACKED ON THE FRAME PLATE WHERE THE HITCH TUBE WAS WELDED ON EACH SIDE OF THE FRAME.
