A CAP ON THE RETURN FUEL VALVE MAY FALL OFF, ALLOWING AIR TO BE DRAWN INTO THE FUEL SYSTEM, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN ENGINE HARD START, NO START, OR STALL CONDITIONS.
