What is wrong
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain model year 2015 Eagle HT FW 28.5RSTS "PR" trailers manufactured June 2, 2014, to October 28, 2014. Incorrect tire size information may be found on the tire label. Thus, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 110, "Tire Selection and Rims for Passenger Cars."
What can happen
Replacing a tire based on an incorrect tire size could overload the trailer causing poor handling and increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix
Recall repairs are free of charge.

A recall means the maker found a safety problem and offers a free fix; it does not mean every unit has the problem. Units affected are as reported by the company. Popular models sell more and so have more recalls and complaints. Official public data; texts are shortened. A dealer can tell whether a single vehicle still needs the repair.
