VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH WARN INDUSTRIES' WINCH KITS. A POWER INTERRUPT SOLENOID, POSSIBLY INCLUDED IN THE WINCH ASSEMBLY, CAN DEVELOP AN ELECTRICAL LEAK PATH TO GROUND.
