THE WELD ON THE UPPER STEERING SHAFT WHERE THE FEMALE SPLINE CONNECTS TO THE TUBE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY POSITIONED AND ACTUALLY MISSED THE SEAM.
