AN INSTRUCTION LABEL IDENTIFYING THE LOCATION OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT WAS OMITTED FROM THE WHEEL CHAIR SEATING POSITION LOCATED ON THE CURB SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 217, "BUS WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE."
