THE SEAT TETHER RESTRAINS THE SEAT DURING PULL TESTING AS THE SUSPENSION COMPONENTS ARE NOT DESIGNED TO RESTRAIN THE SEAT ON THEIR OWN. THE SUSPENSION SEAT TETHERS ARE TOO LONG.
