THE TWO MOUNTING BOLTS FOR EACH OF THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE FRONT CALIPERS HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY TORQUED DURING ASSEMBLY. THE TORQUE WRENCH USED IN THE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN MECHANICALLY DEFECTIVE.
