THE FUEL LINE MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN A WAY SUCH THAT THE AXLE COULD CONTACT THE LINE AND EVENTUALLY CAUSE THE LINE TO RUPTURE, ALLOWING FUEL TO LEAK TO THE GROUND.
