CERTAIN 2004 AND 2005 MY STURDIBUS AND UNIVERSE SCHOOL BUSES. THESE BUSES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH IMPROPER/MISSING WELDS ON THE 30" WIDE BARRIER SUPPORT WHICH FAILS TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 222, SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION.

IN THE EVENT OF A FRONTAL CRASH, THE BARRIER MAY FAIL TO PROPERLY RESTRAIN THE FRONT SEATED PASSENGER, POSSIBY RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY.
