VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: DUAL STEER CLASS 8 HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS. THE FRONT STEER AXLE BRAKES DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS."
