What is wrong
DS Corp, doing business as Crossroads RV (Crossroads), is recalling certain model year 2016 Crossroads Sunset Trail, Cruiser Aire, Cruiser, Cameo, and ReZerve recreational trailers manufactured March 4, 2015, to March 20, 2015. In the affected vehicles, the screws that attach the expanding room to the sliding mechanism cable may fail allowing the room to extend unintentionally while the vehicle is in motion.
What can happen
If the room extends while vehicle is in motion, there is an increased risk of a crash.

A recall means the maker found a safety problem and offers a free fix; it does not mean every unit has the problem. Units affected are as reported by the company. Popular models sell more and so have more recalls and complaints. Official public data; texts are shortened. A dealer can tell whether a single vehicle still needs the repair.
