What is wrong
Keystone is recalling certain model year 2012 and 2013 Springdale travel trailers, model 266RLSSRWE, manufactured from October 18, 2011, through December 5, 2012. The suspension may contact the copper propane line for the range.
What can happen
If the suspension contacts the copper it may damage it resulting in a propane leak. If the propane leaks in the presence of an ignition source, there is an increased risk of fire and/or explosion will result causing property damage and/or personal injury.
The fix
Recall repairs are free of charge.
Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will modify the propane line to route it away from the suspension, free of charge. The recall began on January 4, 2013. Owners may contact Keystone Customer Service by calling 1-866-425-4369.

A recall means the maker found a safety problem and offers a free fix; it does not mean every unit has the problem. Units affected are as reported by the company. Popular models sell more and so have more recalls and complaints. Official public data; texts are shortened. A dealer can tell whether a single vehicle still needs the repair.
