What is wrong
Van Hool N.V. (Van Hool) is recalling certain 2015-2018 Van Hool TD925 and TDX25 vehicles, equipped with certain Kidde Technologies, Inc. (KTI) KDS-25 fire extinguishers as part of the optional fire suppression system. What can happen
If the fire suppression system does not work as intended, it can increase the risk of injury in the event of a fire.

A recall means the maker found a safety problem and offers a free fix; it does not mean every unit has the problem. Units affected are as reported by the company. Popular models sell more and so have more recalls and complaints. Official public data; texts are shortened. A dealer can tell whether a single vehicle still needs the repair.
