Every hospital with beds, ratings, owners and finances, the health systems that run them, and every doctor and clinician
Every US hospital with its beds, star rating, owner, revenue and profit, the health systems that run them, and every doctor and clinician with an NPI, updated April 2026.
Hospital financials come from the yearly cost report each hospital files; the margin on patient care is net patient revenue minus operating expenses, before other income such as grants, donations and investments. Star ratings (1 to 5) are the official overall hospital quality ratings. A health system is two or more hospitals under one home office or common ownership.

All of it is official US government data: the national provider registry, Medicare enrollment and ownership records, hospital cost reports and hospital quality ratings. Records are linked only by keys (NPI for providers, CCN for hospitals, the group practice ID, and the home office and owner IDs for health systems), never by guessing from names.
